well day 6 is here feeling ok as expected . have woke up with a nasty headache though i don't think this has anything to do with not smoking. you all have a nice smoke free day.

I'm a week behind your true quit date (i'm on day 97) and have had horrendous headaches in the past week - Docs appointment this afternoon.

I'm guessing its just increased blood pressure due to weight gain, but fingers crossed nothing more serious.

thanks for the replies. very kind words. and the headache is nearly gone got some pain killers from the shop and they are working. i still feel like i have quit for 3 months and am over the worst of it. hope your headache goes away leaves you with some piece and the visit to the docs goes ok.
