Day 6 :)

I feel clean, healthy, not coughing as much and more awake though I am very tired near the end of the day where I never used to be.

The only hard parts are when I step outside I want to smoke, inside I can't smoke but still I don't think about it too much.

As I said in my last thread the fear is feeling down forever. I still have my down times but I feel better than I was.

How is everyone else doing?

    thats great to read these feelings will pass and you will stop feeling so tired just remember your body is going through alot of different processes atm but your doing so well your still going to get trigger associations but they will stop coming so often and gradually you will start realising that your not thinking about having a ciggie when you go outside and you will start to go a whole day without even thinking of a ciggie :eek: i know that might sound daft but it will come and before you know it you will go weeks without feeling that automatic urge to smoke

    onwards and upwards is the way to go
