day 5 for me aswell, didnt sleep too well last nite but i think it was more down to the weather where i live, i dont eally feel that tired tho, i have read that you have more energy when you dont smoke so i hope it continues, good luck for today

Well done,Im also on day 5,felt very tired and sicky today...got to say that Iv found today the easiest out of all so far tho,cravings wise,not felt half as irritable. x
