to be honest i am not having any cravings yet . this should be a breeze compared to the first time. may regret saying that. i don't really feel like i am starting from scratch . happy new year .

Hey you kids, well done on restarting your quits but you do know it really wasn't necessary. When you're 5 years quit are you really not gonna count a year quit just cos you smoked ONE fag halfway through it....now I wouldn't. And it really doesn't matter what the rest of us think. But anyways, that topic has been hung, drawn and quartered, beaten with a large stick, cheese grated and salt rubbed in. So let's move on and so should you. I'm really proud for you guys and so happy you didn't let a few fags/one fag finish your quit and have jumped back on the wagon straight away. That takes more character and more courage than people take credit for. Anyways.....you'll have made francob happy (see there's always a positive ;)). You're doing great.
