Cant believe I managed a good night out with friends..got drunk and neva smoked..so pleases. Today I have had withdrawal symptoms all day..kept busy still have a tight chrst and tingling hands..i using patches and had two lozengers..hope this passes..no intention of smoking but hate this feeling. happy new year all x

Happy New Year to you too Noreen. Massive well done on not smoking even when drinking. I found last night to be tough at times...but managed to et through it by sneaking off and going into another room where I couldn't smell the smokers. You've done really well....don't give in now to those cravings. Smoking is so not worth it and you don't want to spoil your acvievement so far. TOmorrow is another day and those cravings will probably be gone tomorrow, so hang on in there and you'll get through it.
