Sheets put in the wash, toothpaste splashes wiped from the ensuite mirror, complimentary slippers returned, vodka bottles put in the recycling bin ;). Febreeze sprayed and windows left slightly ajar to freshen up (see windy/cake birth thread).
Moving on up to month 3 tomorrow - hope its as nice as this place!!! Will be lonely for a few days (until mash & lillie arrive) I'll make sure the kettle is on and I haven't eaten all of Mr Kipling's wares

And Lillie is right, we're all doing really well. I reckon well over half of us Octoberians are still going. I would be very interested to know what the average attrition rate is for an NHS quit group. Personally I have found the 2 people who take the smoking cessation group I have attended are useless, they are lovely people but I have found this forum far, far better.
i will be right behind gtat, i finsihed my training and will be a fully fledged health trainer in january and at least with this i can help and be better than those spoken about on here for motivation and advice.........pray tel what would my first piece of advice be????? get on this site and chat to the lovely peeps xxxxxxxxxxxxx
