Thanks for the support. Feeling really positive and up beat today. Is it too early to notice a difference in the skin because my cheeks are all rosey and healthy looking today and someone even commented on me looking really well when i was at work last night. How cool

OMG why do people have to be so negative about you giving up smoking. I know im a serial quitter and i know people have heard it all before but FFS im so bloody angry. Ive hardly told anyone about my quit but today put a little comment on my FB about going into my second week smoke free, now most comment have been great but ive just had one from a freind about how long for ????? :mad::mad:

Hey moony. Take no notice well done on week 2. Non-smokers don't understand how big a deal it all is (imagine having to go without sex or chocolate and then they seem to get some idea but they're still really clueless) and smokers are just jealous!!!!

Ignore them...post on here, we'll shout it loud and clear.
