Think I am posting in the right place as I have now completed 3 weeks and heading into the fourth!!
What an adventure so far and I can say - I honestly have had temptation moments but have got through them. It is starting to get easier, gradually easier but easier all the same.
For me at least, the physical side is much easier - I hated the tight chest, sore throat and general lethagy at the beginning - this is all gone with the exception of a slight tight chest in the mornings every other day or so.
This is my time - I know that this quit will stick - I did 18 months and then had the "just one" and I know that I cannot do this (I kinda knew it already but some lessons you learn for yourself!)
Thanks to this forum - you have been immense!!
Chris

Well done to a fellow NOPEr from me too, Chris - you're going from strength to strength, and sound so upbeat and committed to your quit, which is just fantastic. Keep up the good work!

Loving that attitude Chris, and spoken like a true Quitter!
This forum is full of those of us who had to learn that same lesson - often having to relearn it more than once.
But when you reach that point where you know this is your time, then I think this will indeed be your time. See you in the Penthouse!
