Day 22 today - and I have had 2 or 3 humdinging cravings today.

Am pretty much cold turkey, but had to have a mouthspray today, which made me really dizzy!!!

Plus CT is turning me into a right mardy old cow, happy one minute and really grumpy and snappy the next!

But, I'm still here and still going on.

Getting to day 22 is a great achievement. Very well done. We do all get bad days but I promise you the bad days get fewer as time passes. When those cravings come, you must remember that the feeling is temporary and will pass. That, I know, can be difficult to remember when you are in the midst of your temptation but you must stay strong and let the feeling pass.

As for the "mardy old cow " etc. bit...... how do you think I felt the day I gave myself my "handle"....enuff said ???

There are better days coming when we won't feel so GRUMPY. :D
