yeh 3 months and going fine, not really having any cravings at all , still eating more than normal, but doing a bit of excercise to compensate, can honestly say it does get alot easier, cold turkey worked for me , smell people smoking now and hate the smell, did we honestly smell that bad

went for a run earlier carol and one chap witha dog was smoking when i ran by , nearly choked with the smell , you just dont realise when your a smoker, oh and on the plus side aswell saved £592 woohoo

I have been exercising too, mainly to keep the girly-weight off.... what I have found scary is how easy the cardio stuff is compared to when I smoked. How did I ever think it was OK to be out of breath after running a few hundred yards?
