Hi Karri

That's quite a list you have there, and you know that the longer you smoke, the longer that list will become. It's really time to knock this on the head now.

You have joined the NOPE's, and your experience tells you what is in store - you know how to do this, but this time it needs to stick.

How about changing your strapline? No longer an ex-smoker in training - just an ex-smoker? :D

Wishing you the very best of luck

Hi Karri,

I am willing you through this one. Are you going to use nrt this time to help you through?

I cannot tell you the difference, even in a short time, the difference to my health. Like you, I had many symptons, including copd to tell me that enough is enough.

When you feel a wobble, which I hope you won't, but remember what your body was asking. PLEASE STOP.

You CAN do this. One day your quit will stick. Make this THE one :D

Hi Karri, Im sure that this quit will be your last. We are just a couple of days apart in our quits so maybe we can support each other :) keep at it

thats a good list of reasons to quit Karri :)so everytime you get a craving coming on just remember them and keep your mind and hands busy it will pass and the longer you stay quit the longer the gap wilbe between cravings and they will get easier to bare

keeping positive

onwards and upwards
