Heyyy everyone. I reached week 12 , another week I am smoke free for 3 full month. It feels a lot longer .......
Where is boo and MrsT....? ...I am miss reading your posts . I hope you all well.
My next goal , getting to xmas and making it 4 month. Its getting easier , still used the inhalator here and there on a few occasions ( when super stressed) but thats ok.
I hope boo , MrsT and everyone else is well .

thats great to hear your sounding so positive onwards and upwards is the way to go
Una i know what you mean and have to say that yeah i know i will most probably never meet the friends ive made of here but i would be lost without them now and do worry when i dont see them posting
but some do stop coming on here once they reach a certain point as they dont want to be reminded that they were a smoker its a natural thing at the end of the day but as long as they pop back every now and again just to give us an update gives a big boost

Hi Dorset - and look at you with your twelve month quit! One thing I know for sure is that you won't blow this now.
I have been reduced to a week-end poster for now, because I have gone back to working full time and am feeling completely knackered through the week at the moment. It's taking it out of me physically, but I am feeling good about it emotionally - not like a permanent patient any more. Still completely strong on the smoke-free game, though!
Will check in next week to see you hop into your new home - start packing, because this is a big move!
When I first visited this forum you were (in my eyes ) a long term quitter. Probably I was in my first days and you had several weeks behind you .... and ... how I envied you ... Time has passed quickly:- you have 12 weeks done :--I'm approaching 10 weeks ... sounds GOOD
In Dublin last week and thought of you as I drove down Dorset street ......any connection ??
PS just checked:- 10 weeks for me today.... Yoooooo.
