Hi Gary!

Great to see you made it. I did have a little think yesterday that you should be "moving on up" about now! Great to see you're still there.

Just remember to keep your guard up though. It can sneak up on you! The other day, I had the strangest craving on the way to work that it would make it a much better day if I just bought 1 cigarette to celebrate - And after all, it's not going to get me hooked again! Very tough for a few minutes to say "stop that junkie thinking!!"
