hi and welcome to the forum and well done on stopping if you click on quick links on the top to the right then click on the social groups you will find the november group you will get alot of support from them and everyone else but at least joining that group your all be going through the same stages at the same time just remember to keep your mind and hands busy when you get a craving and it will pass and they do get less intense
