Good Morning peeps,

Well im currently on my day 3 of no smoking. Im doing it CT. I feel ok, although my cravings are really bad today.

Hi Andrew and well done to getting to day 3 have you joined the november quit group as they are all going through the same stages as you and remember each time a craving comes on keep mind and hands busy till it passes and it will oh and drink plenty of water as well
