So Im blowing my own trumpet but yay 1 month today and 5 days no patches - Im celebrating with cognac filled belgium chocs, fire on and rubbish tv!! Well done to everyone its not easy but it is worth it xxx

if you anything like me although i was ready i still thought i would have a crafty 1 every now and then but............day 26 no ciggies and 4 days no patches!!!

it is an amazing feeling make sure you keep rewarding yourself as i am and i make sure my saves go on things my friends would have all the time that i just couldnt afford, i am having a manicure on wednesday which is my calendar month.
