Today was day 27. Last three days have been the worst since days 1,2 & 3:mad:

But - today has been OK, I honestly don’t think I have had any cravings. I have thought about fags, but in the sense of realising that I hadn’t been thinking about them – I hope that makes sense, it sounds a bit stupid – but it feels great
