Much better today.

No particular cravings, just the odd thought here and there. Didn't even put my patch on until lunchtime.

Even popped over to my mums tonight and she lit up just before I left and I had absolutely no desire whatsoever. And the clothes I was wearing have just one in the washing machine!!

Definitely won't be going up to the 25mg at this rate.
