Day 22 into week 4 we go

Hi all

Here we go day 22 so far its going well but yesterday was a nightmare. Thanks to all of you i made it to today. I cant wait for this week to be over so I can move into month 2 lol. It feels great being able to say that i have stopped smoking for a month (almost) but you get the idea.
