Almost had a ciggie last night!!! Today is going better again! No cravings so far! Thanx to all for the great advise and support! Couldn't do this without all of you!!

See you doing well keep going and be strong. You should ask Pikki to smoke outside that is what i did with my hubby and his has done so. Not only does it help with the quit but our house doesnt smell like an ashtray and stale smoke.
