Headache

I've noticed a tension like headache often. Anybody else get them? It runs from one side to other side of my head and around eyes. I wander if caffeine has anything to do with it. I cut down on strength of coffee but Im addicted to it too. Any good headache remedies anybody?? Quit in Sept. TY

Im getting these too, twice a day at spookly the same time.. 5:30/6:00 in the morning 5:30/6:00 in the evening.

Everyday it happens, iv only been quit for 4 days.. but already its doing my head in!

Iv tried ibuprophen and paracetimol but neither seem to touch them, If it persists im going to go to my doctors....After all everytime iv been the doctors (no matter what its for) it always seems to be smoking related, take the time i fell down the stairs in a night club an hurt my back, apparently my pain was caused by smoking :confused:...Well this time it is smoking related, so he had better treat it!!

I think blood pressure was causing mine. If i eat pork and i am idle my bp rises. Lots of things cause hbp though. I take a garlic pill if it starts to rise or if i eat any pork.

Im on day 6 and every day I've had a tension like headache of some kind, some days its awful others its very minor.

But I remember on day 3 It was so bad and lastest for a good few hours and also no pain killers were touching it, I think it is a common withdrawel symptom I've read.

It's not good
