Hi guys

I'm still here but not sure I wanna be today!!!! But I have realised it's day 30 and wasn't someone saying how difficult the 3's can be?? I know have read something somewhere unless it was one of my many strange dreams!!

So guys, day 30 and feeling like s***, woke up and had this sudden overwhelming feeling that there is something missing, something like a fag.

I will overcome it, I know I will but it's pretty rubbish when it's not been that bad so far!!!!! Bloody Nicotine Demons wants revenge and I reckon I've gotta put up a fight today......

Yes apparently 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months are supposed to be hard times in the quit. But we can get through this together! You can't let the rest of us October quitters down...and being on Day 20 I'm looking up to you guys ahead of me.

I won't be giving in today, that's for sure. I keep giving myself reminders of the reasons I stopped, I googled 'the effects of smoking on skin' and clicked on images and that really does make me wanna remain stopped!!!!

That and the fact that in a couple of years time, it will probably cost around £10 a packet for cigarettes is enough to motivate me.

You know Una I have wondered abut that. I came to conclusion that is was because it was the aniversary of precious years and so the 2009 & 2010 October groups we all posting.

Maybe October is a good month to try and stop?
