day 50 is here and I really feel like i am making progress . still feel a bit edgey at times but not enough to make me even consider going back to smoking although on the other hand it would be the easiest thing go the world. merry Christmas and have am excellent smoke free day.

I know exactly what you mean about not wanting to smoke, but it seeming easy, guess there's still a lot of unlearning to happen yet :rolleyes:.

Please don't mention the X word :eek:! I'm still avoiding even thinking about the organising and planning that goes with it all...
