Good thing about quitting is that your circulation does start to improve. I'm usually really REALLY cold, but I've noticed that I'm starting to improve already.

Bloody hell to both! And yes if you can't get warm it's bloody miserable. I lived like that for years as a student (huddled under a quilt and putting cling film on the windows to act as double glazing!!!! (t didn't work, surpise huh)). And yes very lucky to have these things now. Thinking of you Zoe.
