yes zoe you are right i just decided to count whole days this time . but yes technically i have done seven weeks. have a truly excellent day and well done.

Really well done Pfaber. Glad that e-cig is doing the trick for you - I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone do it this way before, but if it works, it's good!
