Arghhhhhhhh.... This is driving me mad !!

As the day has gone on my hands and feet are insanely itching, and no amount of scratching is helping

I see that's a normal withdrawal symptom in some people, although not me previously !!

Anyone any tips to stop it, or how long it will last ?

Thanks x

Twilight

You are probably getting your circulation back which is brilliant. I am now the possessor of warm hand and feet (does that make me cold hearted now )

I would recommend trying an anti histamine tablet or syrup - if you are flushing out a bunch of chemicals there might be something you're slightly allergic to which is causing the itching (and even if not, it can't hurt to try and see if it helps you). I'm sure I read that somewhere on a medical website. Also, make sure you're hydrated, that might help. And try E.45 itch relief cream, it's really good.

Hope this helps!

Helen
