I'm finding mornings to be a lot easier now, though evenings are a little tough. I can even have a bit more coffee without the overwhelming urge for a smoke and I'm able to be around smokers without too much craving. When I smell them after they are done I am glad I'm not a smoker anymore. lol.

Good news!

I'm still finding the mornings a bit tough (day 12)

I was ok last week as I had the week off work so took time to put the patch on and stayed in bed for 1/2 hour to get it working.

This week I've had to go back to normal routine which is wake up 5.30, throw patch on, leap out of bed and straight into car *getting dressed first of course* to go and ride my horse before coming back to get ready for work.

Sure it will get easier soon.
