Well after another stressful day at work...it's getting easier coping with the stress and not thinking I want a cigarette all the time. Even when my manager had to give a colleague and I "feedback" about a case (where we hadn't done anything wrong just used slightly different writing styles in the report). Well I would've got really irritated and would've wanted a fag. But I just sat there all chilled and calm and let it wash over me...fantastic. So maybe I was MORE stressed smoking cigarettes as they say (due to increased heartbeat and blood pressure).
Just to say it get's better...I'm sure I'll have plenty of downers but you have some good uppers too. Hang on in there.
