Eeugh, how bad does it smell outside A&E?!
Spent 3 hours there yesterday after my poor baby decided to dive head first on to the playground :eek: (head glued, absolutely fine now :)).
Yuck, it really took my breath away, although 53 days ago I probably would have been stood there with them :eek:.
Sorry your baby had a mishap but glad he is OK now, yes they should stop them standing there not just because of the smell it just does not look good, even when I smoked I didnt like the entrance to anywhere being cluttered with smokers but it seems worse now.
The smell is gross though, we never smelt it before did we.

they should def enforce instant fines to people that do smoke outside any doorway as it wafts inside and most dont know how to use an ashtray especially outside A&E i saw a security guard smoking with afew others afew weeks ago :mad: to a degree patients that smoke should be allowed but not right near the entrance there has been afew near misses at my localy hospital as the amount of people standing around have gotton in the way of ambulances coming in
right rant over now
