Yes day 2 hello all hope your all coping well. Im here on my 7th attempt but my longest quit was 4months and if i hadnt lit up i would now be on 9months. So i do know the weeks that are terrible so hoping this time will be a bit easier. Live long and prosper. Jacqui.

Hi Jacqui, I am also on day 2 and have attempted to quit at least 4 or 5 times previously. Well done on coming back and lets do this together as Chris suggested join us in the November NOPE group.

I feel quite sad that I hadn't realised that you had smoked again, it shows that after a while you can stop thinking about others and their quits and about all the others that are trying to quit, when you first choose to stop smoking this site is an absolute godsend and then we seem to drift away leaving all the newbies and those that have sadly smoked again on there own, many do come back and give there support which is great, to me it makes this the number one quit aid in the world, I am sure that after your many attempts this one will be the one.
