Stopped for 4 weeks, that will be 1 month, feeling a little weird from time to time, but getting used to the healthy life style, one love to you all in the same boat, hang on and be positive.

Keep on going now cos after the first month is over, the benefits of stopping smoking become much more noticable. I actually ran up the stairs at my doctors this morning:eek: so he knows I'm still not smoking cos I couldn't do that before
I still have a long way to go with my terrible temper though, but at least it doesn't make me crave a cigarette. So something to work on there. But having got this far I reckon I will sort it.
