Yes unfortuantely for everyone I'm still here so you're gonna have to put up with me a while longer.
Even though I still feel poo I am not going to smoke again, not in a million years. Fingers crossed I start to feel better soon, whatever I've caught it's a nasty bug.
Congrats and well done to all quitters.
P.S. Does anyone know any statistics for this site, like how many people it's helped to quit. WOuld be interesting to know, just out of curiosity. It'll probably be high!

You may well be feeling rubbish but deep inside (and on the outside to be fair!) - you should be exuding smiles and an aura of greatness - as what you are achieving is amazing!
Look forward to seeing you on Day 13 - nearly at ya two weeks now.

Hmm - didn't actually spot this in the first post - my eyes must be going mad!
It would be interesting to know - I suppose the issue is - whats the timeframe for a successul "quit"? I suppose even after 5 years there is no cast-iron guarantee that the qutter will not relapse (although I should imagine its statiscally low). All I do know is that this forum has saved me numerous times already!!
Thanks Carol. The coughing has eased up by about 90%, amazing really after only being on the antibiotics for a couple of days. I'm still aching all over and feel tired but I'm assuming that's from the infection. My mom and dad have had the same thing (I think they gave it to me) and it's lingering around for ages, my dad still feels rough after a couple of months.
Like Chris said I gotta keep smiling as we've all done so well.
I'm sure the site statiticians will have some stats.
