Day 5

Day 5 for me and going good. Had a unbelievable day 4, went out tractor shopping, was on the road for about 7 hours and no urges to smoke at all. Had plenty of beer urges though as we went past pubs in townas the AC was not working and it was pretty sunny and warm 32C.

I will not smoke today.
