day 41 . now on day 41 and doing ok. the e cig is still working well. don't see myself returning to smoking if things keep going the way they are. am surprised there are not more quitting using these devices . have a nice smoke Free day .

Well done pfaber...I suppose I'd just be worried that it looks too realistic and I'd be tempted with the real thing. I suppose it's how you look at it. It would be really good to see my work colleagues faces if I was to start using them at work rofl. They'd have a hissy fit...as they are so quick to assume. I might buy one just to do that.

Well done pfaber I tried with an electronic cigarette a while ago, but it was just too strong for me and I overdosed on nicotine:rolleyes: Ended up in hospital with chest pains And it smelt like pipe tobacco which I didn't like. Glad it's working well for you though

thanks for the encouragement . yes they can seem a bit harsh at first but you soon get used to it. probably depends on what liquid you have. I've tried a few. settled on tobacco flavour . still not the same punch you get off a cigarette . Im getting used to it though. have am excellent day .
