It's nice to know that it does get easier on Day 14, you're a week in front of me and I've just hit a day 8 wall. This helps keep me going

it certainly does get easier with time and its even better if your saving the money you would normally have spent on ciggies to treat yourself with each milestone i also used to put daily reminders on my mobile to remind me of why im giving up and coming on here whenever i got the urge helped me so much too
