newbie on day 4

hi all

i'm new to this and nearing the end of day 4 using patch and inhilator and my new best friend mr polo.

I have just found this forum after a very bad day with many a hissy fit or taz whirlwind thrown in for good measure ;0)).

hope tomorrow is an easier day and the man voice has gone that I woke up with today hehe.

tonights thought... please let me go more than a minute tomorrow without constant cravings xx

I am on day 4 as well and my day sounds much like yours :rolleyes:

Tomorrow is another day and I am sure it will be easier. I know we are all different in how we react but I have not had any major craves. I am using patches but lozenges as well. Just wondered if they might help more. As I say we are all different but they are certainly helping curb the craves greatly.

Welcome Ms Bonce and see that you are in the NOPE Novemeber group soon.
