... to the Month 3 room (can't decide whether I'm supposed to go today or tomorrow).

It all seems to be going swimmingly on the not smoking front. I'm still addicted to nicotine, but at least I'm getting it in a cleaner form. Eventually I will work on coming off the NRT, but nice and slowly - if my blood pressure drops any lower I think I'll stop (I'm a biological anomaly I think :eek:).

Had a sudden breakthrough with my sinuses though :D. Last night, when I went to bed, for the first time in about a year, the room didn't spin and my nose didn't block up. I could actually breathe!!!

Anyways, I've had some good times in this room, but it's time for me to move on.

Ta-ra-a-bit, as they say in my hometown.

Just popping back to say thanks for everyone's congratulations Meant to yesterday, but got a bit distracted looking at an 1886 edition of Cosmopolitan. Apparently sweeping is not always done correctly, and this was of concern to readers...
