Actually feeling really good - usual ups and downs though - one minute proud of myself - the next feeling pants and having a mini tantrum!

Well done chris, just joining you on day 3 myself and still feeling good, actually very good as well, such a contrast to the immediate pre quit depression, ups and downs and bad moods. I dont know what they put in those thing but it has to be bad on so many levels.
