i`m on day 3 now and to be fair i`m doing better than I thought I would. I honestly thought id be back on the tabs by now.
I am eating like a pig though. :eek::mad:

I am on day 2 and eating like a pig so I totally know how you feel

It feels fantastic that i`ve got this far already. TBH i`ll feel much better on Sunday night ( all being well...)
I can eat like a horse at the best of times but at the moment i am shovelling all sorts down me. May have to cycle to work tomorrow and burn some of this Chocolate, Crisps, POP, chinese food, Indian Food, Subway, McDonalds, Chippy and anything else that has been included in ym "quit smoking diet" over the last 3 days
Month 1 I stopped the ciggies...Month 2 will be the biscuits!!!
