All ok. No urges to smoke, not thought about it all today.
Do I like the non-smoking me?
You know.. I feel more confident (maybe that's listening to the Paul Mckenna cd?) and I feel more relaxed driving for some reason. The other day just before I fell asleep I thought "I can do anything I like". (if its legal and ethical, of course! ;)) I haven't felt like that for a while...if ever!
If we can quit smoking, we can do anything!!
It's a good feeling.

Well done Lizzie, and I think you have a point, there! Where should we start - the economic crisis or the Middle East?
Actually, it's interesting following some people on here - lots have used their new found confidence to make other significant life changes along the way, which is really inspirational.
I know what you mean. I feel more confident since I stopped smoking too, but I'm not giving any kudos to Paul Mckenna cos I haven't listened to him and anyway, we are ALL doing our OWN quits as nobody can do it for us. I too keep thinking I can do anything I like, not too worried about the legal and ethical though thought up a great way to rob Tesco's the other day, but I'm not THAT confident:eek: Don't think I would do anything really bad cos I didn't quit smoking just to get banged up, but I keep thinking 'What can I do that I'm not supposed to??'

Anyways, get you Lizzie, in Week 3 already. So well done, you're a star
