Man alive, it's 4:03pm felt slightly pekish sooo i got in the car and drove to KFC,

I just ate 3 pieces,1 chips,1 mini loaf and a rounder ALL washed down with a coke.

I cant believe i just ate that !, I have stayed away from take out since quitting as I didnt want to gain weight.

Oh my soul is KFC devine when all your sense's are firing 100%
