Well here we are on day eight . All going well . Slightly feel like a smoke but nothing i cant handle. Good to be here in week two.

Thanks for all the encouragement cant wait to get to three weeks. Made it to day 14 on my last attempt and crumbled so going to try harder this time and try and avoid stressful situations .
