Coming to 11 Months

Nearly one month to go now till I have hit the magical 1 year quit,

Who would of thought , I certainly didn’t,

After trying numerous ways of quitting smoking in the past ,I thought this time I will just go with will power and polo mints,

I can safely say this has been the easiest effort I have done regarding quitting smoking, the first 2 weeks was a little struggle but after that , the mile stones kept on ticking through.

I think the difference this time is that I actually really wanted to quit ,

I never have cravings any more , just the odd thought that I cig will be nice right about now , but even that goes straight away ,

Loving the extra money I have now in my pocket , and even more loving not smelling like a tramp.

Hope everyone else is fine and dandy on their quit journey
