:) day sixxxxxx

I honestly didn't think I see day 6. I had the most horrible day yeserday.

I decided serval times to buy cigarettes and couldn't care less if I would start again. I came on here reading a few posts to change my mind and it got me through. Especially the 1 week posts helped me to realize that I am not really that far from it.

I am so happy today and feel so good :D . First week here I come it wont be long :D:D:D

  • Getting that how easy it would be to buy some option out of your head is key. I decided early on that wasn't an option as that's what stumped me previously. One has to remember that's just the addicts short cut.

Congrats on day 6, things really seem to move on after a week.

Yeah, the days of non-smoking just zoom past after the first week. I think it's because your mind focuses on other things, rather than smoking. Smoking becomes less frequest on your brain and you start to adjust to life as a non-smoker and it feels so good to not have your life controlled by those troublesome cancer givers.
