Day 1 yesterday went alot better than expected these nicotene products are really helping its just the smell of the cigegrette which is the most annoying thing about it...

Today has been fine, so its now been over 48 hours since my last ciggerette, does anyone know, does it get harder or easier from day 2?

Day 3 was hard for me but since then it has improved (in general) Try and take it hour by hour to make it ieasier to handle.

It varies from person to person. Historically (much like this quit) I've walked without any wants or desires to smoke. On two occasions the hardest point has beem 6 months + down the road.

Many suggest day 3 is the worst though; it should then get easier. The reason being it takes approximately 3 days for all nicotine to leave your body so you're suffering a level of withdrawal during that period. After that it's mental and not physical (I think that's the right way round).
