Hi Gary, I think October seems to be a good Month to quit and stay quit, I wonder why, nice to see you are still smoke free and happy and it want be long before you are winging your way up in that very fast lift to the penthouse, I always think it will fly straight out the top of the building because it goes that fast.
You dont have to be mad to be on here but it sure does help
Lovelly to hear your still going strong. 9 months for us Oct 2010 quitters now well nearly 10 for you. We seem to be doing so well which is great. Im just back from my first smoke-free holiday in 20 years and it was really nice. I hated having to walk past smokers as for me the smell makes me feel sick.
I also had to chuckle when i looked out of our chalet windows in the morning and saw all the smokers outside by there door having a quick cig. I did notice that there are not so many smokers around now, the odd one or 2 but not as many as i would have seen before.
Anyhow well done to you and the rest of our group, we will soon be at the penthouse and drinking all there booze ;). Take care Gary and here's to your next milestone
I stopped 8 days after you (18-10-10) , such a great feeling to be released from that ADDICTION / PRISON.
Amazing we are heading for a year, it goes fast looking back. And to all especially new quitters please keep it up one day at a time and keep reading this forum it was/is a great help to me.
Would like to hear from the rest of the october 2010 quitters !
