The first day is the toughest day it is really hard to control our mind but if you survive the first day then its alot easier to control our feelings....

well I hope you will try again and quite!!!!

deciding when to quit is difficult, especially when you know waht's coming, and even more so when you have things going on that you know will make it difficult.

well done for posting, your quit day will come, and you will get free from the weed, best of luck in finding your day in your own time, ><5mol<er

I find it's better to do it spur of the moment. If you have to pick a date in advance, then it's clear that you're not ready because you want to carry on a bit longer. Next time you find yourself thinking about quitting whilst you're smoking, drop it, put it out and start immediately.

That's my advice :)

Hi J

You will know when your ready to start that quit again. I for one am proud of you for giving it your best shot, you know it took me 8 years and on my 3rd attempt to stop but i had many years in between before i started a quit again so you will know when your ready and you will be able to do it. Things will just click into place :)

Dont beat yourself up over it, life is way to short and your time will come. We will all be here for you when you need us so from me to you good luck my friend and heres to the time is right :)

lol

To be honest this might be my longest quit so far and I have a pretty good feeling that its my last.

Funny thing is that this time I never decided to quit.

I started the quit because after all night of drinking and smoking, I had a bad hangover and I didn't want to smoke. Then I decided to see how long I can handle without smoking.

And here I am in day 27 ;)
