This day 4 weeks ago I quit smoking for good - cannot believe 4 weeks have gone, time is really passing by so quickly. Haven't had a lozenge in about 2 weeks now, don't think I really need them now but will be keeping a pack in my handbag just in case
Good luck everyone, particularly all by buddies of Class of June 2011 who are following closely behind me - I'm holding the Month Room door open for you all

Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!! We're doing good my friends, we're doing good!!!
Into our second month - I think I'll start counting calendar months now so that I know I've reached another milestone on the first of each month
I'm heading out for drinks after work tomorrow with colleagues, none of whom smoke. I'm really looking forward to getting out with them and don't care that I won't be smoking, will actually be glad that I'm not nipping off every five minutes for a fag - and then being embarrassed coming back smelling of smoke!!
