Hey all I made it to my 4th smoke free day. I am really starting to enjoy not smelling like an ashtray the smell is horrid. The cravings are there but diminishing quickly , I just keep telling myself be strong and dont give in. There is one problem though I havent been able to sleep well. There is a positive and a negative to this. I am not drousy anymore, you guys know the feeling like when your brain is not getting enough oxygen, but I havent been getting quality sleep though, waking up 10 times through the night and a whole lot of tossing and turning. You guys know better than I do, will this get better after a while? Is it just the nicotine getting out of the system. I really hope so. Keep strong everyone, you are all doing a great job.
