Hey all , well its my third day today and I havent been getting a lot of cravings, although yesterday was really hard. I have started walking and doing other exercises , trying to occupy some time. It is so different I have to admit not going for a cig after a cuppa tea or a meal. I feel great and dont have that "sick feeling" when I wake up in the morning. I just hated how when I smoked I would already be planning when I am going to have the next one. I wish everyone here the best of luck in this struggle and I appreciate all the support, It really does make a huge difference. Keep up the good work everyone.
